Residence Inn Peabody

The Residence Inn Peabody is part of PEG’s strategic redevelopment plan, which involves transforming the former Residence Inn into multifamily housing while simultaneously developing a brand-new hotel nearby. The new Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody will feature Marriott’s latest Gen 9 prototype and will be located adjacent to the Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA placing guest in close proximity to the premier shopping, dining and entertainment destinations serving the coastal communities north of Boston. The Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody will offer a range of amenities, including a fitness center, an indoor pool, media salons, a conference room, and a hearth room. The hotel is to be completed in (TBD) and will be a great addition to the Peabody area.
