The property is ideally situated for guests to enjoy all that Northern California has to offer, including the nearby 23-mile American River Parkway, an abundance of upscale shopping and dining options, and Old Sacramento just a short drive away. In Fall 2024, PEG sold this property to buyers who intend to convert the asset for residential use. This move was part of PEG’s broader strategy to replace aging Residence Inns in strong markets with Marriott’s more modern offerings, achieved through the development of a new Generation 9 prototype Residence Inn currently under construction in the Sacramento market.
