Wilmington Flats

Wilmington Flats is a five-story apartment complex located along Parley’s Creek in Salt Lake City’s vibrant Sugar House neighborhood. The project is part of a long-term revitalization project in the city and remains the only residential project directly connected to Sugar House Park. Occupancy of the project is consistently in the 95% range.
